 Early Childhood Celebration

Thank you again for joining us on Wednesday for our EC Celebration. It was a wonderful morning celebrating all of our families and remembering how grateful we are for our HCA family!

Thank you for the privilege of teaching your children everyday! We have become such a close Pre-K family this year and I can't believe our time together has almost come to an end!

Important Reminders:

• Looking ahead: 
• There is no school on Friday, May 27, and Monday, May 30, for Memorial Day weekend.
• The last day of school is on Wednesday, June 8 and dismissal will be at 12:00 noon. There will be no HCA Plus.

 Spring Festival

A huge thank you to the Parents' Association for planning a fun day for the early childhood students this past Saturday. The boys and girls had a wonderful time together!

Butterflies!

This week, we finally were able to release our butterflies! The boys and girls were sad to see them go, but asked God to keep them safe as they enjoyed His big, beautiful world!

After we released our butterflies, the Pre-K and Kindergarten students worked together to review all we learned. We talked about metamorphosis, the stages of the butterfly life cycle, the symmetry of butterfly's wings, and even got to design our own butterflies!

Happy Mother's Day!

Thank you to all the moms and grandmoms who joined us for our May Crowning and Celebration of Mothers this morning! It was wonderful to see you spending the special time with your child at the prayer service. We hope you enjoy the special gift from your child and have a wonderful day on Sunday!

Mail Update!

The mail is still pouring in! We have now received mail from 20 different states (even Hawaii) and 8 different countries (as far as Japan!).

Caterpillar Update!

All of our caterpillars have made their chrysalises! We should have butterflies next week!
