 Imagination Express!

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to join us for this year's Early Childhood Celebration! We are so proud of the Pre-K students for their amazing performance! Fun fact: as a class, they wrote "If You Take a Mouse to Pre-K" based on their daily routines from our Pre-K class. Honestly, they could have written a chapter book with all they wanted to include! They showcased their creative writing skills, public speaking skills, and grasp of if/then statements as well. In addition, they designed the shirts they wore for the presentation. It was such a special morning and a great way to celebrate a fantastic year together!

Seeing their faces light up when they found you in the audience was such a joy! They were so happy to see you there and loved spending this special time with you.

Thank you for a wonderful day!

Please have your child prepare three clues to help their classmates guess what object they chose to share. The upcoming show and tell topics are:
  • Friday, May 30: something to do with summer (last show and tell of the year!)

Uniform Schedule for May 26-30, 2025

Monday: NO SCHOOL
Tuesday-Wednesday: regular uniforms

Enjoy the holiday weekend!

May 5-9, 2025

The end of the school year brings busyness that can consume our days. It is so important for all of us, especially the children, to take time out of our day to unwind and just be. The Nature Space has been such a great addition to our Early Childhood program this year. Taking some time each day to get outside to explore and play in this area has helped the children develop their social, emotional, and problem solving skills which in turn has had a great influence on their academic progress as well.

Coding in STEAM!

Did you know that the Pre-K students are learning the basics of coding in the STEAM Lab? Using a program called Kodable, they need to properly code "Fuzzy" to help him travel through the maze. They are able to do this using the iPads and have now moved on to coding on the computers! They are practicing their mouse skills, taking turns, and working together to problem solve.

Gross Motor Skill Development in P.E. Class!

Not only is riding a bike tons of fun, but it is a great way to develop motor coordination, strength and endurance!

The children have been working so hard to prepare for our Early Childhood Celebration on Tuesday, May 20, beginning from 8:30-10:00 am. Please see the email for more details and click here to RSVP.

Happy early birthday to Francesca who will turn 5 on Monday! Thanks to her mom and dad for buying pretzels for the class to celebrate!

Thank you to Gianni' s mom and mom-mom and Maya's dad for being our mystery readers!

Thank you all for sharing in this special time with us! The boys and girls loved having you come into the classroom and the smiles on their faces said it all. We are so grateful to you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to join us!
