December 9-13, 2019

We are full of Christmas spirit in Pre-K!

The boys and girls were so excited to celebrate St. Nicholas Day last Friday!

In science this week, we learned about magnetism! The students made Christmas trees out of Magna-Tiles and used magnet wands to attach bells to the trees.

The boys and girls completed a reindeer directed drawing activity. Look at these amazing artists with their creations!

We even had time to learn about subtraction! Can you believe it? Pre-K students know how to subtract!

Hard work also requires time to play and dance out some wiggles!

Looking ahead:

  • The Christmas show will take place on Wednesday, December 18, at 6:00 pm. Students should arrive dressed in their white shirts with a skirt or pants and dress shoes at 5:30. Please bring your child to their classroom and then get your seat in the gym. It will be a packed house! Please make sure your child uses the bathroom before you come.
  • Grandparents Day is Thursday, December 19.
  • The last day of school before Christmas break is Friday, December 20. Please return your child's pizza lunch form if you have not already done so.
  • Classes resume on Tuesday, January 7.

Have a great weekend!
