 Peace Out Pre-K Party!

A huge thank you to Siobhan's grandmother who won the Peace Out Party for Pre-K from the Spring Benefit! The Pre-K students had SO much fun and created some amazing memories! They are already talking about when they will get to go on "Shivy's slides" at summer camp!

Everyone agreed Shiv should take the first slide!

Board Game Fun!

Last Friday, the students enjoyed our last board game day. I encourage you to play games with them over the summer. Besides just loving it and having fun, they developed so many life skills!

Field Day!

A huge shout out to Ms. Mann for planning a fantastic field day for the EC students!

Pre-K Preview!

We invited our Nursery 3 friends over for a little Pre-K preview! The boys and girls shared some of their favorite moments in Pre-K that the students would get to do and then they took some time to work and play together. It was great to see them take on this leadership role!

Last week, we had our final Mystery Readers of the year - Mia's mom and Eli's mom! Thank you to everyone who took the time to come in and read to the students. It means so much to the children and we are so grateful to all of you!

 It's Clean Up Time!

Do you know how to make clean up time fun? Use shaving cream! The Pre-K students had a blast drawing and writing in the shaving cream and were amazed at how shiny the tables were once we wiped everything down!

Some final fun pics from the past 2 weeks!

Last Day of Pre-K!

What a fantastic year this was! These boys and girls formed an amazing classroom family and we were so lucky to be along for the ride. It's so hard to say goodbye, but we are so excited to see what the future holds for all of them in kindergarten!

“We give you back your child, the same child you entrusted to our care last fall.  We give them back pounds heavier, inches taller, months wiser, more responsible, and more mature than they were then.  Although they would have attained this growth in spite of us, it has been our pleasure and privilege to watch their personality unfold day by day.  We give them back reluctantly, for having spent nine months together in the narrow confines of a crowded classroom, we have grown close, have become a part of each other, and we shall always retain a little part of each other.  We have lived, loved, laughed, played, studied, learned, and enriched our lives together this year.  We wish it could go on indefinitely, but give them back we must.  Take care of them, for they are precious and one of a kind.  Remember that we shall always be interested in your child and their destiny, wherever they go, whatever they do, whoever they become.  Their joys and sorrows we’ll always be happy to share." - Author Unknown
